TOTAL POTENTIAL REACH: over 46 MILLION VIEWERS Added at
some very high profile outlets, including major multi-regional and multi-market
shows reporting to both Billboard and CVC such as Powerplay, Rhythms, ETV Network,
Bohemian Life, Digital Sounds and Video Jam. Some of these programs are in repeats
for the last two weeks of December with the Victor E. video as part of the programming
schedule. Many programmers are championing the clip because it is unlike anything
they have seen or heard before and they like the visual, artistic aesthetic.
Power Play Music Video Television (CVC/Billboard) Newark N.J. Added the
Victor E. video for the weeks ending 11/15, 11/22, 11/29 and 12/6. This is the
most influential multi-regional program in the country. Power Play has 17.8
million potential viewers on broadcast and cable TV in over 40 states. Airs
in multiple time day and night parts. Airs weekly on 37 different broadcast
systems and cable carriers throughout the US, including Comcast, Cablevision
and UATV, which services military bases all across the country. Greg: "I really

Rhythms on the Rockside (CVC): 20 million potential viewers nationwide
in 14 markets, airing 5 nights a week through 12/27 on the Urban America Television
Network. Markets include Philadelphia Dallas Las Vegas San Diego New Haven Rochester
Knoxville Birmingham.
Attack of the Boogie Chicago IL.. Has 3 million potential viewers on
cable and broadcast TV and airs five times a week. Weeks ending 11/15, 11/22,
11/29 and 12/6. This is a very important outlet with a very large viewership.
Video Jam Worcester, MA Video Jam is a multi market program that has
2.5 million potential viewers in five different states, including Massachusetts,
Connecticut, New Jersey and Georgia and California. Weeks ending 11/15, 11/22
and 11/29. Video Jams airs in multiple day and night parts and in many instances,
more than one time per day. Cities where Video Jam can be seen include New Haven
CT, Boston MA, Atlanta GA and Westfield NJ.
ETV Network: "Vital Dance" Programming to 400 clubs and nightspots
nationwide in January 2004. Vital Dance is the Top 30 of "the best new
dance tracks every month" from the world's largest distributor of music
video programming for the hospitality and corporate retail markets.
9:30 Club Washington DC Dave Rubin has been "spinning" the new Victor
E. video every weekend at the club. The video is in regular rotation at is getting
aired by many of the other DJs at the club. Weeks ending 11/22 and 11/29.
Bohemian Life Cincinnati OH 1.5 million potential viewers on cable (AOL/TimeWarner
Cable). Seen on channel 4 & 24 and also in Northern Kentucky and Newport & Covington
counties. Airs Monday-Saturday 12 to 2 am. Weeks ending 11/29, 12/6 and 12/13.
Bohemia Afterdark Tempe AZ 900,000 potential viewers on Broadcast TV.
Bohemia Afterdark is a weekly late night show and also airs on the Arizona State
University TV station (SDTV) Monday through Friday from 1:30am to 3:30am and
has a potential viewership of 100,000 students. Bohemia Afterdark has also been
added to Broadcast TV on FOX and Bohemia Afterdark broadcasts each week on Friday
night at 1am. Weeks ending 11/29 and 12/6.
Eye Candy TV/ECTV Seattle WA: available in 500,000 homes in Seattle area.

Digital Sounds Tucson AZ 350,000 potential viewers throughout the state
of Arizona. Weeks ending 11/15, 11/22 and 11/29 and will continue to air the
"Meditation No 6" clip all throughout the month of December.
Mondo Video Corpus Christi TX 275,000 potential viewers on cable. Week
